Registered Nurse - MLEU McKinney - Nights

Registered Nurse position (RN) providing highly professional, technical nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The role includes directing and supervising other team members, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Key duties include clear communication, relationship-building for teamwork, accountability for performance, and ongoing professional growth. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN licensure, BLS, and typically 12 months of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. BSN preferred.
