Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for direct bedside patient care, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating diagnostic/therapeutic procedures. Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, develops and updates care plans, documents in the electronic health record, educates patients/families on conditions and discharge instructions, and collaborates with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and support staff to ensure patient safety, clinical excellence, and high-quality outcomes. Engages in interdisciplinary rounds, participates in quality improvement initiatives, adheres to infection prevention standards, and supports professional development within a hospital setting.
