Job Summary
Experienced Registered Nurse focused on substance abuse: provides direct patient care, assists physicians with treatment plans, conducts assessments, monitors progress, administers medications, and delivers recovery-oriented care. Provides mental health support, educates patients and families on addiction treatment options, evaluates withdrawal symptoms using CIWA, and adheres to progressive pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. Flexible scheduling options and full nursing responsibilities including shift coverage and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- RN License
- BLS (within 30 days of hire or transfer)
- PALS (within 30 days of hire or transfer)
- ACLS (within 30 days of hire or transfer)
- Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
