Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing care while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and families to provide outstanding care. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing team throughout your shift. This role is available as an Overnight Charge Nurse on full-time or part-time 12-hour night shifts, or as a PRN Charge Nurse on 12-hour day and overnight shifts. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
