Job Summary
Conduct laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols, including pre-treatment setup, equipment operation, and daily checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, pre/post-care, and progress while documenting all procedures accurately. Prepare treatment rooms, flip between clients, and maintain a clean clinical environment between sessions. Support clinic operations by confirming appointments, managing scheduling, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Collaborate with team members to support daily goals and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
