Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols, including pre-treatment setup, equipment operation, and daily checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, pre/post-care, and progress while documenting all procedures accurately. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness between clients, and support daily clinic operations such as scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and model professional standards. Requires current RN license, strong communication skills, and HIPAA compliance. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
