Job Summary
RN performs laser hair removal treatments per Milan’s medical protocols and safety standards; conducts pre/post-treatment education, documents treatments in medical records, maintains a clean and compliant treatment room, and collaborates with clinic leadership and teams to support operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include operating laser equipment, completing equipment checks, guiding clients on treatment plans, encouraging reviews and referrals, and assisting with opening/closing duties and onboarding of new providers. Requires current RN license, strong communication, attention to safety, confidentiality, and an interest in aesthetics to help clients achieve confidence-building results. The role offers comprehensive benefits and commission opportunities within a US-based clinic; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong communication skills; ability to educate clients clearly
