Job Summary
Conduct laser hair removal treatments following medical protocols, including pre-treatment setup, equipment operation, and daily checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, pre/post-care, and progress while documenting all interactions in compliant medical records. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness between clients, and perform minor equipment maintenance to ensure safe, efficient clinic flow. Support daily operations by confirming appointments, managing scheduling updates, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Collaborate with team members to support clinic sales goals and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
