Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols, including pre-treatment setup, equipment operation, and daily checks. Educate clients on pre and post-care, discuss progress, and recommend additional treatment areas. Document treatments accurately, maintain compliant records, and prepare treatment rooms to ensure efficient client flow. Support daily clinic operations by confirming appointments, managing scheduling updates, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Maintain a clean clinical environment and perform minor equipment maintenance. Collaborate with team members to support sales goals and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
