Job Summary
Float across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, and Oncology to provide diverse bedside care. Manage patient assignments with flexibility, utilizing 12-hour or 8-hour evening shifts while adhering to tiered differential pay structures. Maintain current RN licensure and BLS certification, ensuring readiness for physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and prolonged standing. Gain versatility in diagnosing and treating various conditions, contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on patient outcomes and continuous professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
- Current RN license in the state
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
