Job Summary
Float across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, and Oncology to provide diverse bedside care. Deliver patient-centered nursing services while rotating shifts ranging from 12-hour days to 8-hour evenings. Maintain current RN licensure and BLS certification to support continuous learning and skill development across specialties.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
- Current RN license in the state
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
