Job Summary
Float across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, and Oncology. Provide bedside care while rotating shifts such as 12-hour days or 8-hour evenings. Lift 50 pounds regularly and stand or walk throughout each shift. Maintain BLS certification and hold a current state RN license. Gain versatility by managing diverse diagnoses and patient populations. Join a collaborative team offering tuition reimbursement and an RN to BSN bridging program.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
- Current RN license in the state
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- BSN preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
