Job Summary
Registered Nurse on the OB team at Mercy Aurora. Provides patient care using the nursing process, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, coordinates care with other departments, and upholds Mercy Service Standards. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state or with a compact license, and BLS certification with possible unit-specific certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, etc.). Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing/walking. Part-time (PRN) position with Mercy benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certifications as required by position/unit (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific certifications)
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties requiring standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
