Registered Nurse - Mental Health Older Adult - Days

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and IVs safely while ensuring complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care and assume responsibility for patient/family education. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and utilize communication skills to promote a cooperative work atmosphere. Work 7am to 7pm on a 12X3 day rotation at Methodist Richardson Medical Center.
