Registered Nurse - mental health (full-time night shift)

Direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in a mental health setting, providing care using the nursing process in an Emergency Department environment. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans; monitoring and communicating patient status to a multidisciplinary team; coordinating transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs; delegating to ancillary staff and potentially precepting student nurses/new hires. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Must hold RN licensure and ACLS; experience in psychiatric nursing and ED operations; involved in high-quality, safe patient care and department throughput.
