Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care (Med-Surg) units for moderate to high acuity malignancies, including AML, ALL, CMO, Hodgkin's, and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Utilize the nursing process to deliver full-spectrum clinical trial and research care supported by a multidisciplinary oncology service line. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. This onsite role requires rotating day and night shifts within the Cellular Therapies Unit, offering a 3-Year Incentive Bonus and comprehensive total rewards including tuition reimbursement and 24/7 well-being support.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
