Job Summary
Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with at least three years of experience working with individuals with mental illness; provides medical support and supervision for an elderly program, administers medications, conducts assessments, participates in care planning and discharge processes, and trains staff. Collaborates with medical community, monitors medication policies, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains client records, and supports referrals and follow-up care. Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse and professional liability insurance; travel to assigned locations may be required; strong knowledge of somatic and psychotropic medications and ability to supervise nonprofessional personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Three years of experience working with individuals with mental illness
- Comprehensive nursing knowledge across somatic and psychotropic medications
