Job Summary
Administer medical treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians while providing recovery-focused services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Deliver mobile PACT services in community locations to support clients in maintaining work and living in their own residences. Maintain a valid driver's license and use personal or company vehicles to transport clients to appointments and groups.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
- Valid and current driver's license
- Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings
