Registered Nurse – Meng Residence

Primary Registered Nurse at Meng Residence hospice facility. Responsible for collaborative case management, skilled nursing assessments for routine and higher-acuity visits, development and review of care plans, participation in interdisciplinary team meetings, communication with team members, medication administration and titration, delegation of duties to LPN and supervision of CNA, and potential float RN duties within the community during higher census periods. Schedule is full-time (36 hours/week) with three 12-hour shifts (6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.), every-other-weekend rotation, and several holidays per year.
