Registered Nurse MedSurg PT Nights

Conduct patient-centered care in MedSurg PT Nights, performing thorough assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs via telemetry equipment. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while responding to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrests. Provide patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and National Patient Safety Goals. Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and care activities in medical records.
