Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care on the Medical Unit during nights for a 24-hour per week schedule at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville, WI. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, perform assessments and develop/execute patient plans of care, document according to standards, and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, performance improvement activities, and unit governance. May float to different units as staffing needs and clinical competency require. Requires ADN with BSN preferred; licensed RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS/PEARS/NRP as applicable per unit. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
- Licensed RN in state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days
