Registered Nurse Medical Telemetry

Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any status changes. Perform procedures, monitor patients for therapeutic response to medications, and document care administration thoroughly. Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and educate families and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures. Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards.
