Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator

Provide direct patient care, assessments, and nursing interventions while coordinating daily healthcare operations to ensure continuity of care. Serve as the primary nursing leader and clinical resource for the facility, collaborating with providers, correctional staff, and leadership to deliver quality patient care. Review documentation, monitor compliance, maintain accurate medical records, and support activities with the alternate rotation staff. Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement initiatives, and an on-call rotation to address clinical concerns and support facility operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, correctional healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements.
