Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator

Provide direct patient care, assessments, and nursing interventions while coordinating daily healthcare operations and ensuring continuity of care between shifts. Serve as the primary nursing leader and clinical resource for the facility, collaborating with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to deliver quality patient care. Review documentation, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate medical records, while supporting the alternate rotation staff member. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies, correctional healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to address clinical concerns and support facility operations as needed.
