Job Summary
Provide direct patient care, assessments, and nursing interventions while coordinating daily healthcare operations and ensuring continuity of care between shifts. Serve as the primary nursing leader and clinical resource for the facility, collaborating with providers, correctional staff, and leadership to deliver quality patient care. Review documentation, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate medical records, supporting activities with the alternate rotation staff. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives while adhering to company policies and correctional healthcare standards. This role includes a rotating schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, every other weekend, and an on-call rotation. Sign-on and retention bonuses are available for this leadership position within Southern Health Partners.
