Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit 4200

Provide direct nursing care on the Medical Surgical Unit 4200 by systematically evaluating care quality, establishing patient relationships, and developing individualized care plans. Collect assessment data, determine nursing diagnoses, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes using evidence-based practice. Coordinate with the inter-professional team, educate patients and families on health promotion, and foster a healthy work environment as a mentor. Perform point of care testing and other assigned duties while maintaining constant alertness. Requires an active RN license in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin, plus BLS certification. Day shift position with hourly pay ranging from $31.21 to $49.94.
