Registered Nurse Medical-Surgical - PT Days

Deliver safe, high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while monitoring patient conditions and responding to status changes. Coordinate and direct nursing care based on established clinical practices, collaborate with physicians and therapists to achieve optimal outcomes, and educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes while advocating for patient safety and quality. Requires an active RN license, accredited nursing school graduation, and current BLS certification. Full-time, part-time, and supplemental schedules available with flexible shift options including days, evenings, and nights.
