Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Manage patient care for a 14-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit treating populations with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis. Perform EKG interpretation, central line care, and assist with bedside procedures including endoscopies and bronchoscopies. Utilize skills in rescue Bi-pap, high-flow oxygen, and tracheostomy/vent management while collaborating with PCNAs, nurse interns, and providers. Work rotating shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., including weekends and holidays, with bi-weekly hours of 72.
