Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Med-Surg)

Conduct thorough patient assessments at admission and throughout each shift, identifying and communicating changes in patient condition promptly to the care team. Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, perform provider-ordered procedures, and maintain accurate documentation. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses, medications, and discharge planning while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Day or night shift available with rotating weekends; current RN license and one year of experience required.
