Job Summary
Coordinate and provide direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care. Demonstrate leadership through precepting, informal leadership, and participation in quality improvement, while delegating tasks based on skill level, patient acuity, and available resources. Requires excellent communication, mentoring/teaching abilities, and potential involvement in committees or projects; may require driving a personal vehicle as part of the role. Eligible for TN sponsorship pending state licensure and VisaScreen certification.
Required Qualifications
