Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical

Conduct accurate patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for medical-surgical conditions. Perform timely documentation and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Execute QI assessments and provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age. Maintain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire and obtain ACLS and PALS within six months. Join a 64-bed unit at Jackson Purchase Medical Center as a full-time day shift nurse (7a-7p) on a rotating weekend schedule.
