Job Summary
Care for a mixed population of patients across the UVM Medical Center by supporting medicine, surgical, hematology/oncology, orthopedics, acute rehab, and psychiatry units. Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest quality care, utilizing broad skills and depth of experience across up to 20 different inpatient units. Maintain a can-do attitude with flexibility and excellent communication skills to thrive in this one-of-a-kind department. Schedule includes two 8-hour shifts and one 12-hour shift per week. Current RN licensure and an ADN (BSN preferred) are required, along with at least one year of direct experience. The role offers a department differential of $7.00/hour and a signing bonus for external candidates, complemented by comprehensive health, retirement, and paid time off benefits. Required Qualifications
