Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Experienced

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a compassionate approach to deliver exceptional care and improve outcomes for patients and their families. Functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinate care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team, delegate tasks appropriately, and identify hospital resources. Serve as a clinical resource for new employees and demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department. Day and night shift opportunities available at Plaza, Lee's Summit, Overland Park, and North locations. Full-time swing schedule.
