Job Summary
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient families to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process while adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values on the 16-bed Medical Surgical/Telemetry floor serving patients with CHF, COPD, cardiac, and neuro conditions. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN license, and one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- RN License
- Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
