Job Summary
Registered Nurse on the 6th floor MedSurg/Chemo unit provides nursing assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans with patient and family, collaborates with physicians and health team, ensures timely admissions, transfers, and discharges, demonstrates leadership as a resource nurse/mentor coach, and maintains documentation of care and patient responses; supports ongoing education and competencies while delivering compassionate, team-oriented patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- High School Diploma or GED, required
