Registered Nurse Medical Oncology

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for medical oncology patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct the care team through delegation and coordination while prioritizing patient needs, managing resources, and ensuring accurate documentation. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, including education and follow-up referrals. Maintain legal and ethical standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and provide timely communication during emergency situations. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN within four years of hire.
