Registered Nurse - Medical/Oncology - Full Time Shifts Vary (Whites Creek)

Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients upon admission, utilizing observation, communication, and examination skills to identify problems, needs, and nursing diagnoses. Plan individual patient care, including teaching, discharge, and post-discharge needs. Administer medications, solutions, and treatments safely in accordance with policies, and document accurately and timely. Reassess patient conditions, evaluate responses, and modify care plans accordingly. Accept charge responsibilities and assign tasks as appropriate. Work in adult medical-surgical, pediatric, critical care, oncology, and emergency settings, requiring up to twelve hours of standing and independent function under pressure.
