Job Summary
Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Licensed in Tennessee with a nursing diploma or degree. The role requires BLS within 90 days of hire and ACLS within 6 months for multiple units; oncology requires ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year; specific units demand TNCC/PALS/NVCI/ENPC within set timelines; experience in Emergency Department/Pediatric/Oncology care is preferred for certain areas. The environment involves adult medical/surgical, pediatric, critical care, oncology, and emergency services with telemetry and standard patient care equipment; the position is full-time night shift.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (various units)
- Oncology chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire
- TNCC/PALS/NVCI/ENPC required for various ER/peds units as applicable
- NVCI certification within 6 months (some units)
- ACLS within 6 months (various units)
- PALS within 6 months (pediatric units)
- OSN chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire
- AT LEAST one year of emergency/pediatric care experience preferred for ER/PE units
