Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg 7E provides patient care using the nursing process, coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds Mercy Service Standards. Duties include evaluating care effectiveness, ensuring professional accountability, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare team across the Mercy South Medical 7E unit; shift is nights/weekends with a 36-hour work week, and offers sign-on bonuses for experienced and new graduate nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, BSN
- Current Registered Nurse license in Missouri or compact license
- BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
