Job Summary
Provide 1:1 or 2:1 patient care in a 32-bed MICU equipped with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and continuous renal replacement technology. Manage critical patients requiring multimodal orientation through evidence-based online programs, interactive lectures, and high-fidelity simulation. Deliver elbow-to-elbow support within a well-staffed unit featuring specialized STAT RNs, nurse educators, and coordinators on each shift. Maintain per diem night shift coverage at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year inpatient RN experience
- ADN
- Diploma in Nursing
