Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for Medical Intermediate Care at Mount Carmel St. Ann's in Westerville, OH. Responsibilities include collaborating with patients and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, creating a healing environment centered on the patient and family, leveraging state-of-the-art technology, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, supporting autonomy in professional practice, promoting evidence-based practices, and contributing to quality initiatives within an ANCC Magnet framework. Requires Ohio RN licensure, nursing degree, and strong communication/organizational skills to manage patient care and supervise other team members. This is a full-time position with day shifts. Required Qualifications
