Registered Nurse Medical Intensive Care Unit - Sign On Bonus

Conduct direct patient care activities in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Perform critical care procedures such as central venous catheter insertion, chest tube management, and application of bispectral monitoring. Educate patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment home care needs. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals while ensuring regulatory compliance. Promote patient safety and family-centered care in a healing environment.
