Registered Nurse - Medical Intensive Care Unit - PRN

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process to ensure quality care throughout the episode of care. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medications and IVs while maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers. Communicate complete and accurate patient information to the team and evaluate family understanding of educational processes. Adhere to hospital standards for a cooperative work environment and take personal responsibility for professional growth. Requires six months of RN experience, current Texas license, and BLS certification. Available Sunday through Saturday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
