Job Summary
Provide professional and technical nursing care to assigned MICU patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and collaborates with other team members and multidisciplinary staff to ensure age-appropriate care and outcomes. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred; current BLS; Texas nursing license or eligibility; and at least 6 months RN experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
