Registered Nurse-Medical Inpatient Full Time Weekend Nights

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, prioritize nursing diagnoses, and modify care plans to achieve measurable goals. Collaborate with families and the healthcare team on discharge planning, medication reconciliation, and patient education using teach-back methods. Administer medications safely via bar coding, round hourly with patient care technicians, and communicate changes promptly during shift reports. Oversee patient care for assigned staff, lead clinical decision-making for condition changes, and mentor new employees. Maintain complete EMR documentation, utilize Alaris pump guardrails, and participate in unit huddles and quality initiatives. Requires an Illinois RN license, BSN, and BLS certification. Weekend night shifts.
