Job Summary

Collaborate with families and the health care team to coordinate care, utilizing teach-back methodology for education and ensuring ethical standards. Administer medications safely via bar coding, round hourly, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while driving quality metrics on the exceptional care dashboard. Lead patient care or support techs as charge nurse when assigned, precept new staff, and participate in unit huddles and safety initiatives. Requires a BSN, Illinois RN license, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing license issued by the State of Illinois
- Bachelors of Science Nursing
- BLS through American Heart Association
