Registered Nurse - Medical ICU Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. This Registered Nurse position supports Mercy Fort Smith's $162 million expansion of its ER and ICU, which will increase ICU capacity from 38 to 64 rooms and enable approximately 25,000 additional patient visits annually.
