Registered Nurse - Medical ICU (MICU)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care for patients in the Medical ICU, collaborating with physicians to promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. Manage and provide care in accordance with current policies while establishing authentic relationships with patients and their support systems. Utilize best scientific evidence to assist patients in navigating their health journey, accepting full responsibility and accountability for the provision of care. Maintain a 7:00am-7:00pm days shift as a full-time Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
