Registered Nurse - Medical ICU - FT

Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive nursing care in the Medical ICU, maintaining a safe environment, educating patients and families about health practices and treatment modalities, and coordinating care across settings and among caregivers. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to plan and deliver care, while contributing to advocacy, leadership, problem solving, delegation, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Demonstrates integrity, collaboration, and commitment to quality and safety, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within Grady Health System.
