Job Summary
Implement personalized care plans prioritizing safety and recovery while championing patient advocacy as the primary clinical coordinator. Monitor and communicate shifts in patient conditions to support life-saving decisions and strategically manage discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions. Bridge the gap between multidisciplinary teams to deliver a holistic healing experience. Requires BLS and Advanced Life Support certification within 30 and 180 days, respectively, plus Kansas RN licensure. Day shift full-time rotation at Via Christi St Francis in Wichita, KS.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire
